Returns: We will accept returns for refunds for all products for any reason for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase - after 30 days, manufacturer's warranty will apply. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the original payment was made by check or money order, Marvel's Miracles, LLC will mail a check. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the merchandise's arrival at our warehouse. You are responsible for the merchandise until it arrives at our warehouse. Please save your shipping documents as you may be asked to provide them if we do not receive your merchandise at our warehouse. Proof of delivery MUST include our street address. All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments included. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Return shipping and installation charges are not refundable. Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks: We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Charges will not exceed the actual shipping cost charged to Earth Water Sky Supply by the freight company and the cost of packing materials. The aforementioned charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when a refund is requested. Packages requiring rerouting while in transit due to customer's address entry errors will be charged $15.00. Packages that are returned to Earth Water Sky Supply due to customer's address entry errors will be charged the cost to reship and the cost of the original round trip of the package. The aforementioned charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when a refund is requested. Taxes: Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Arkansas. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
